Please Read and Agreed before using Our Services

Fivecube Pte Ltd accepts Singapore, US and EURO currencies only.

Here's a few payment methods that are available for you: Credit Card Online, Credit Card via Phone, Prepay with Cheque/Money Order, Prepay with Cash, Purchase Order, and Wire Transfer. 

We do not accept COD payment of any kind at this time. Purchase Orders (PO) are allowed only from government agencies, schools, and Fortune 1000 companies that are authorized and verified. Fivecube Pte Ltd does not issue net-terms to resellers.

Credit Card Online Payment:
We accept Visa / Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. There will be NO "surcharges" for credit card transactions. We only accept Singapore, US and EURO currencies.

Credit card payment is now authorized online in real time. You will be informed immediately if your credit card is declined. If declined, you may check the accuracy of the credit card number and expiration date, or choose a different card to try.

Your order will be submitted immediately for activation once you completed your online payment. Your credit card details will NOT be recorded with us for security purposes.

You must provide us with a working phone number in order for us to contact you to confirm your order and in case of problems with your order.

Fivecube Pte Ltd is very aggressive in getting law enforcement involved in cases of obvious credit card fraud. Do not try it here or ANYWHERE for that matter! 

CREDIT CARD via Phone Payment:

If you do not feel comfortable transmitting your credit card number and other information on the Internet, we suggest you place an order online, choose "Credit Card via Phone" as the payment method, and then phone (+65 6742 5001) in to give us your credit card number over the phone. We'll charge your credit card manually.

Prepay with Cheque / Money Order:

We only accept cheque / money order issued in Singapore. Please write cheque payable to:

Your order will be submitted immediately for activation once we received your cheque payment.

Prepay with Cash:

We accept cash at our head office only. An official receipt will be issued for cash payment. Please do not send cash by post.

Purchase Order (PO):

For Fortune 1000 corporate accounts, schools, and government agencies where Purchase Orders are required, you must complete the following processes: (1) Mail (no fax is accepted for this purpose) to Fivecube Pte Ltd a letter on your letterhead to formally request us to accept your purchase orders; (2) Print or download an application form and have it filled out, signed, and faxed back to us with your credit information and trade references; wait for us to check the credit information and trade references and verify your information. Please note that an account application may take 2 days - 2 weeks to complete. (3) Once verified and authorized, order on-line and fax a formal purchase order to us.

Wire Transfer & Internet Bank Transfer:

We accept wire-transfer from anywhere. After placing your order, kindly proceed with the following details:

Once transfer has been completed, please notify us by phone (65) 6742 5001 or email billing@fivecube.com.

Wire-transfer may take 1-2 business days to confirm. It must be confirmed by our bank before we activate your service.

The domain name or product remains the property of Fivecube Pte Ltd until paid in full. Any legal expense towards collecting bad debts are buyer's responsibility.
