Features Explained:
Diskspace
The total amount of allocated disk space storage, listed in megabytes (MB), for all HTML files, scripts, emails, logs, stats, and databases that will be stored on the server. The H-sphere Control panel will show reports of how disk space is being used and also which users are taking up the most space with email, etc. Customers can also set a "quota limitation" for each email user, and FTP user which helps control and protect the disk space from being fully consumed.
Bandwidth
Bandwidth is a measurement of the total amount of network data sent 'to and from' your hosting service in any given month (often referred to as 'network transfer', or 'traffic'). If a customer exceeds the amount of bandwidth allocated on their hosting plan, Fivecube will check to see if there is any unused bandwidth from the previous month and will 'roll it over' to the current month at no additional cost. This helps avoid overage fees in times when a customer's website traffic spikes unusually in a given month. Customers who expect to exceed their bandwidth allocation on a recurring basis should purchase additional bandwidth which will discount the costs of their excess bandwidth usage.
Email Addresses
Fivecube's versatile email system allows customers to create several POP, IMAP, aliased, and role-based email addresses. Email is administered using the easy to use H-sphere Control Panel where customers can create email users, change passwords, access and use features which include POP/IMAP account creation, Web based email (Horde), SMTP Authentication, Multiple Aliases, Forwarders, and Auto-responders. All email settings are configurable online using our H-sphere Control panel.
MySQL Databases
MySQL is the most popular opensource database server in use on the web today. It offers simple maintenance, rich data types, robust operation and extremely fast query capabilities. Additionally, MySQL is integrated tightly with scripting languages such as PHP and Perl which simplifies the process of creating dynamic data-driven web sites. PHPMyAdmin is pre-installed so that MySQL administration is fast, easy and secure.
Multiple Websites (Multiple Domains)
Multiple Domains allow customers to host unique additional websites and domains using only a simple sub-directory. Multiple Domains are powerful enough to be used for hosting client sites, prototype sites, sites for friends & family, etc. Alternate domains can be used as "pointers" or can used to host additional functional websites, and email accounts.
Sub Domains
Sub domains are popular for hosting unique content with URLs similar to "http://subname.yourdomain.com/". Sub domains can be setup and installed within minutes directly by the customer with no DNS modification required. Sub domains are perfect for quickly creating a new website without registering a new domain name.

It is very important to keep your contact email address up to date. Your account will be billed securely by WorldPay at the end of every billing cycle, whether annual or quarterly. A notification email will be sent several days beforehand to the billing email address on record at WorldPay.
