- Web Browser: Internet Explorer v5.5 or above

Web Server Requirements*
- Operating System: Linux, Unix
- Web Server: Apache Web Server with mod-rewrite enabled
- Scripting Language: PHP 4.1.0 or above
- Database: MySQL 3.23 or above
- Other: There must be NO restrictions on browser-based file uploading if you want file attachment uploading to work. This includes but is not limited to open_basedir, file_upload, etc.
- SSL-Conections for sensitive Data (Needs a SSL Cert/Proxy and Dedicated IP address.)
